Part Of It: New Tote Bag

I designed a tote bag for Chris Sleboda's Part Of It project; a small tote and T-shirt biz that supports various charities. Each artist creates a piece that relates to a charity of their choice, and a part of the proceeds of each sale benefits that charity. I chose the most excellent and awe-inspiring Heidelberg Project, which is an incredible outdoor art maze/museum/happening in my hometown of Detroit, Michigan. If you ever get a chance, go visit!

Shepard Fairey and his crew were kind enough to ask me to be part of a big show they are putting together to celebrate Barack Obama's inauguration. I would have like to go down and do a huge piece but time only permitted me to make a print here at good ol' Rad Mountain. I took a quick snap of it below. Try to make it to the show if you are in the 'hood! It's only up for three days, the 17th-19th, so move fast.
